February 21 morning, accompanied by the deputy mayor Huang Ling and the Party secretary of the Work Committee for the high-tech zones You Wenchang, Vice-Governor Ye Shuangyu came to our TPK Group, which located in the high-tech business park zone information photoelectric, to do research.TPK Group is the most advanced and biggest manufacturing base of touch module in the world. Vice-governor visited the production workshop and listened to that introduction about the latest technology, products and the corporate culture. He also asked in details about the export tax rebate, the two tax-one, the new labor contract law and a series of new regulations on the impact of enterprises.

Vice-governor said that since last year, due to the aftermath of the U.S. Subprime lending crisis, and not decrease the level of export tax rebates, and the processing trade adjustment, the two tax-one, the new Labor Contract Law, and other domestic successively promulgated a series of policies and implementation, this year's foreign trade last year extension of the complicated situation and difficult, but opportunities still exist, depends on how businesses respond, how government services.

Vice-governor stressed that enterprises are the mainstay of the market, facing international and domestic economic changes in the situation, it is necessary to grasp the policy, and actively adapt to the adjustment in the sustainable development of products, market structures and strategies. On December 19,2007,TPK celebrated a Groundbreaking Ceremony for Building E at the Jimei Campus on 60,000 square meter land, which will also be built into a manufacturing and production facility with eight floors and 48,000 square meter of building space.

On December 12,2007,TPK celebrated a Groundbreaking Ceremony for Building D, the new manufacturing facility that will be built on the 53,000 square meter land right across our current TPK Xiamen Campus. It will have eight floors with a building floor space of 48,000 square meters. TPK Building D will be focused on further capacity of manufacturing and production.
